Receptionist (Expression of Interest)
Role Overview:
Our admin team is focussed on providing professional client services, building rapport and relationships with both clients and staff, as well as the general running of the clinic and maintaining a clean and welcoming space.
Qualifications:
First-aid & current CPR certificate
Current Police Check
Skills and Experience:
Strong customer service focus and ability to build strong connections relationships with our clients and community.
Previous experience in medical administration, PA or front of house is favourable.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Strong commitment to high professional standards.
Demonstrated empathy for the needs of patients.
The ability to adapt to changing environments.
Experience in practice management software, HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities.
