Role:

Receptionist (Expression of Interest)

Role Overview:

Our admin team is focussed on providing professional client services, building rapport and relationships with both clients and staff, as well as the general running of the clinic and maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

Qualifications:

  • First-aid & current CPR certificate

  • Current Police Check

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong customer service focus and ability to build strong connections relationships with our clients and community.

  • Previous experience in medical administration, PA or front of house is favourable.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

  • Strong commitment to high professional standards.

  • Demonstrated empathy for the needs of patients.

  • The ability to adapt to changing environments.

  • Experience in practice management software, HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities.
